To serve you better, please take note of our reservation policies:
1. Deposit Requirement
A 70% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Without this deposit, your booking will not be confirmed.
2. Deposit & Refund Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
If you cancel or fail to show up, your deposit will not be refunded.
If your original reservation date has already passed, the booking is automatically forfeited, and rescheduling will not be allowed.
Rescheduling is only possible before the original reservation date and subject to availability.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change! Once your deposit is made and your date is confirmed, we kindly ask for at least 72hrs notice if you need to reschedule. This helps us adjust smoothly and keep everything on track for you.
We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at no extra cost. After that, or if less than 72hrs notice is given, please note that the deposit may be forfeited, as we’ve already set aside the time and resources for your booking.
4. Arrival Time
Please arrive promptly for your booking. A 30-minute grace period is allowed; after this, your table may be released without refund or reschedule.
5. Payments
The remaining 30% balance is payable upon arrival.
6. Other Guidelines
Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Kindly inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before your reservation.
By confirming your reservation and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
